No Refund Policy

Exceptional Cases

In case of duplicate charges or incorrect billing, users can contact our support team within 7 days of payment. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed at the discretion of Brihat Infotech.

Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not warrant a refund for the remaining period. The service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

Refunds & Cancellations

Limitation of Liability

Karosauda is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted services. Brihat Infotech is not liable for any financial losses, business interruptions, data breaches, or the loss of important business data due to the use of Karosauda. Any third- party integrations or external services used by users are their sole responsibility.

Termination of Services

• Users may discontinue Karosauda at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
• Brihat Infotech reserves the right to terminate accounts found violating our Terms or engaging in fraudulent activities.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved amicably through mediation. If unresolved, legal proceedings will take place under the jurisdiction of India. Users waive any claims against Brihat Infotech for indirect damages or consequential losses.

Governing Law
