Karosauda operates on a subscription-based model for its invoicing portal. Due to the nature of digital services, we do not provide refunds for any subscription plans once purchased.
2. Exceptional Cases
In case of duplicate charges or incorrect billing, users can contact our support team within 7 days of payment. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed at the discretion of Brihat Infotech.
3. Cancellation Policy
Users can cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not warrant a refund for the remaining period. The service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
